摘要
为克服传统锻造工艺生产的不足,对汽车变速器中间轴毛坯进行了楔横轧工艺实践。结果表明,采用这种工艺实现了汽车中间轴毛坯的大批量生产。同时,阐明了这种工艺的精确、高效,在汽车生产中具有很高的推广价值。
In order to overcome the deficiency of conventional forging process, cross wedge rolling process was applied in automotive transmission countershaft blank.Practice indicated that applying this process can realize mass production of automotive countershaft. The precision,high efficiency and application value of this process in automobile production was presented.
