摘要
在与模拟辗钢轮踏面材料对比的基础上,对ZL—B铸钢车轮踏面材料的耐磨性和接触疲劳性能进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,两者的模拟耐磨性和接触疲劳性能没有显著差异,但ZL—B铸钢车轮踏面对所选取的试验钢轨的磨损较小。
On the basis of the comparison with the simulated rolled steel wheel tread materials, test and research are made on the abrasion resistance and contact fatigue performance of the materials of ZL-B cast steel wheel treads. The test result shows that there is no obvious difference between the two in the simulated abrasion resistance and contact fatigue performance, but the wear of the selected rail for testing by the ZL-B cast steel wheel tread is fairly little.
