摘要
高新技术及其产业已经成为经济增长的最重要的源泉。发展高新技术产业,是提高我国经济整体素质和综合国力,实现跨越式发展的迫切要求,也是应对国际竞争,确保中华民族在新世纪立于不败之地的战略决策。发展高新技术产业要有新思路、新办法,还要处理好与人才、传统产业、高校科技产业、投资体系、知识和技术、高科技工业园区的关系。
High-tech and the concerned industry have been the most important source of economic development. Developing high-tech industry is the urgent need to improve our country's overall economic quality and comprehensive national strength, and it is also the strategic decision for the Chinese nation to succeed in the new century. To develop high-tech industry there needs new train of thought and new ways, and it also needs to correctly handle the relations among talents,traditional industry, scientific and technological industry in higher learning institutions, investment system, knowledge and technology, and high-tech industry zone.
