由煤烧白水泥工业生产实例,讨论了四种硅质原料对白水泥的烧成温度、强度、白度及偏色的影响。烧成温度主要决定于所用硅质原料本身熔点的高低。高饱和比配料与高温煅烧对强度有利。熟料白度与原料含铁量、煅烧工艺、淋水漂白时熟料的实际温受有关。以色差法衡量水泥白度时,偏色主要决定于色度因子b值大小。
By means of practical example of white cement production using coal as fuel, the author illustrates the influence of four different siliceous raw ma- terials on the burning temperature, strength, whiteness and off-color problem of white cement. The burning temperature mainly depends on the melting point of the siliceous material. Raw meal with high saturation factor and high burning temperature are beneficial to the strength. The whiteness of clinker is related to iron content of raw meal, burning condition and actual temperature on which the clinker is que- nched for bleaching. And the off-color problem is mainly affected by the value of color degree factor 'b' adopted when using chromatism method to judge the white、 ness.
