摘要
利用自制压力釜 ,通过失重法 ,分别研究了静态及动态条件下不同原油 /水介质含量 (体积 )比对油管钢在CO2 饱和的模拟油田液中的腐蚀影响 ,并通过环境扫描电镜、能谱、X -ray衍射及X射线光电子能谱对腐蚀产物膜的形貌、结构及组成进行了分析 .结果表明 :原油 /水介质含量比对阴极析氢反应有显著影响 ,与CO2 腐蚀速率的关系是 :动态条件下 ,水介质含量为 70 %时 ,腐蚀速率出现波谷 ;动、静两种条件下 ,水介质含量为 5 0 %时 ,腐蚀速率各自出现一个波峰 .腐蚀产物膜中含有复盐 (Mn ,Fe)CO3 、(Ca,Mn)CO3 及 (Ca ,Mn ,Fe)CO3 ,腐蚀产物为FeCO3 ,在空气中不稳定 ,发生分解 ,最终生成Fe2 O3 .
Using a self-made autoclave for corrosion test,the effect of crude oil/water ratio(volume) on the corrosion of oil tubes in CO 2 saturated crude oil/water mixtures is studied by weight-loss method under static and turbulent conditions.Furthermore,the morphology,microstructure and ingredients of the scales are investigated using environmental scanning electron microscope (ESEM),spectrum (EDS),X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).Experimental results show that the crude oil/water ratio has a great effect on the cathodic reactions.The relation between water cut and corrosion rates is that corrosion rates occur a trough with 70% water under turbulent flow as well as N80 and J55 under static condition.However,corrosion rates occur a peak value under both flowing and static conditions with 50% water.Meanwhile,the examination reveals that the scale is composed of the complex salts:(Ca,Mn)CO 3,(Mn,Fe)CO 3 and (Ca,Mn,Fe)CO 3 and that FeCO 3,the corrosion product is unstable and decomposes into Fe 2O 3 in air.
