作者结合其在几个现代化水泥厂工作的亲身经历谈了操作窑外分解窑的若干体会和看法,如关于窑炉燃料比、窑最佳产量控制、现代化窑应如何“看火”操作等问题。希望能对从事窑外分解窑操作、管理工作的同仁有所启示和帮助。
Based on personal experience obtained during working in several modern cement plants, the author presents his views in operating a precalcing system such as the kiln fuel ratio, the control of kiln optimum output as well as the monitoring of kiln operation etc, on which the author hopes that this article will be helpful to those who are working on similar system.
