425号钢渣水泥的研制——节能利废的新途径 被引量:1

摘要 425号钢渣水泥是利用60%以上钢铁渣、少量熟料和适量石膏磨细制成的。与普通水泥相比,石灰石和煤的消耗仅为30%,成本低30%,投资减半,利废40%。其物理力学性能不但与矿渣水泥相同,还具有后期强度高、水化热低、耐磨、微膨胀、抗渗透和耐腐蚀等特性。它不仅可以作为通用水泥使用,更适用于大体积、道路和海港等特种工程。 Grade 425 Steel Slag Cement is made by grinding the mixture with more than 60% steel slag, a small quantity of clinker and proper amount of gypsum. Compared with ordinary cement, it consumes only 30% of the limestone and coal with reductions of 30% on cost and 50% on investment and reuses of waste material of 40%.It not only has the same physical and mechanic performances as the blastfurnish slag cement, but also features with high final strength, low hydration heat, wear resistence, micro-expansion, anti-osmosis, corrosion resistence etc.It can not only be used for general purposes, but also in special projects such as great masses,high- ways, harbours and so on.
