摘要
结合南京化学工业园新增醋酸项目对甲醇产品的需求 ,分析国外内甲醇市场的价格变化 ,提出了投资甲醇生产的必要性。结合南京化学工业园周边市场资源 ,分析合成甲醇的两种工艺路线 ,即以煤为原料通过煤气化合成甲醇和以天然气为原料通过蒸汽转化合成甲醇的可行性和经济性。通过分析对比认为 ,在该区域用煤气化合成气同时供给合成氨装置和甲醇装置 ,投资省 ,生产成本低 ,扩容能力强 ,更有现实意义和经济性。
Based on introduction of demand for methanol products in the newly built acetic acid unit in Nanjing Petrochemical Industrial Park (NPIC), this paper analyzed the methanol price fluctuation in domestic and overseas market, and put forward the necessity of investing in methanol production. Taking the market resource in the surrounding area of NPIC into account, this paper analyzed the feasibility and economic significance of two methanol synthesizing process routes: one is through gasification of coal, of which the main raw material is coal, and the other is through conversion of steam, of which the main raw material is natural gas. Through analysis and comparison, it concluded that the former route was more adoptable in this area, because gas synthesized through gasification of coal can supply ammonia-synthesizing plant and methanol plant simultaneously, which had the advantages of low investment, low producing cost, and high expanding capability, thus had more realistic meaning and economic significance.
