本文阐述了知识产权的概念及知识产权保护制度的作用,论述了如何在高等院校科研管理中做好知识产权保护工作。
This paper discusses the concept of intellectual property rights and the function of its protective system.It also demonstrates how to carry out the protection of intellectual property rights in management of scientific research of universities and colleges.
