摘要
期刊编辑工作是一项较为复杂、连续性的工作 ,既是创造性的综合脑力劳动 ,又要有“为他人做嫁衣裳”的思想。同时 ,要求编辑还要有良好的职业道德和奉献精神。
The job of periodical editors is complex and sucsessive, which needs not only creativity on synthetical brain labor, but also the thought of working as maritage for others .In the mean time it also demands the editors enough professional morality and dovative essence. How to promote the abilities of periodical editors and their practice are presented in the article.
