摘要
本文对辊压磨终粉磨水泥的颗粒特性、需水性、凝结时间、强度发展及水化,速率进行了研究。结果表明,辊压磨终粉磨水泥的颗粒形状、分布及微裂纹与球磨水泥,存在明显的差异;需水量较球磨水泥大,但仍属正常;凝结时间正常;强度发展正常,较球磨水泥快;水化速度比球磨水泥快;辊压磨终粉磨水泥性能正常;终粉磨系统可以用来粉磨铝率在1.4以下的硅酸盐水泥熟料。
This paper presents the granulometry,water requirement,setting time, strength development and rate of hydration of cement produced by roller press finish grinding system .Experiments reveal that there are distinctive differences on particle shape and size distribution as well as on micro cracks between cements from roller press system and that from ball mill.Besides,for roller press cement,water requirement is higher but still normal; setting time and strength are normal; strength development and rate of hydration are quicker Therefore,the author concludes that the roller press finish grinding system can produce normal cement but the clinker should have an alumina ratio below 1.4.
