摘要
本文讨论了水库淹没处理的调查统计工作的原则与方法,安置区环境容量分析,走开发性生产移民安置的新路子,本文对移民政策进行评价,同时介绍水口水电站水库移民的主要经验,供借鉴。
In this paper, several major experiences in the work for reservoir area resettlement related to the Shuikou Hydroelectric Project in Fujian Province are introduced. The topics involved principles and methods used in the investigation and statistics, and analysis on the environment volume appropriate to developing productive resettlement, governmental attention, direct participation of the resettlers, independent evaluation of the status of resettlement, etc. These may be useful to similar tasks as references.
