摘要
陇东南是甘肃省人口相对稠密,但经济发展水平和城市化程度较低的地区。在陇东南广大的区域内,目前只星状分布着天水、西峰、平凉等少数城市。城市的稀少和城市结构体系的不完整,累积、激化了社会经济结构中存在的许多固有矛盾,严重制约着该地区社会经济的发展。从实际来看,该地区部分县域经济已发展到较高水平,一些县、市已具备了发展小城市或向中等城市升级的条件,因而应积极争取设市和升级以推动该地区城市化的发展。
Mini Jiangnan in Gansu Province is an underdeveloped area. There are only a few cities such as Tianshui, Xifeng, Pingliang. The rareness of cities and the imperfection of city structure system accurate and Intensify the fixed contradiction which exist in social economy structure and restrict the economy development of this area. In fact, some countries' economy has reached a higher level. Some countries and cities have qualified for medium cities. So it is very important to quicken the pace of urbanization by establishing cities.
