摘要
权力是一种古老的现象 ,它伴随着人类发展的每一步。对于权力 ,不同学派和不同思想家持有各异的见解 ,分别揭示了权力的某一个面相。在法学中 ,权力和法律的关系是个永恒的话题 ,对它的研究直接关系到对法治的理解与设计。
Power is an ancient phenomenon and has accompanied the development of human activities. As to power, different schools and thinkers hold conflicting opinions, which respectively reveal certain aspects of power. In the field of science of law, the relationship between law and power is a permanent theme, the study of which will directly concerns with the understanding and design of the rule of law.
