摘要
中国电信行业作为公用企业从其诞生之日起就具有自然垄断的属性 ,且随着时代的发展 ,其垄断行为也不断呈现出新的特点。目前 ,中国电信业正处在分拆垄断并向各个分拆业务引入竞争对手的过渡阶段。因此 ,如何发挥经济法的规制效用 。
As a public industry,it was born with the traits of natural monopoly.With the social development its monopolistic behaviors are increasingly characterized with new traits. At present ,the industry being discussed is now in transition when the monopoly is being divided and competition being introduced into each division .As a result ,how economic law plays its regulatory role will have a great influence on the development of this industry in the future.
