摘要
民国时期地方政治行为从主体到内容都是非常确定的。从纵向考察 ,北京政府和南京政府两大阶段的地方政治行为既有总体上的共同性 ,又有各自阶段上的特殊性。从横向考察 ,则包括内向性的自为地方和外向性的对抗中央两大方面。从政治学审视民国时期的地方政治行为可略见其诸种表征。
Viewed from the point of view of either main body or content,the local political behavior in the period of the Republic of China was highly specific.Examined lengthways,the local political behaviors of the two governments whose capitals were respectively Beijing and Nanjing had both the commonness as a whole and particularity respectively;on the other hand,they contained the inward trait of self government as well as the outward one of confronting the center.Surveying from the perspective of politics,we can briefly perceive kinds of the tokens of the local political behavior in the period of the Republic of China.
