摘要
企业的思想政治工作有着与时俱进的时代特性。我国入世以后企业所面临的宏观环境、中观环境和微观环境都发生了相应的变化,企业的思想政治工作应该在坚持的基础上,根据时代变迁的特点,恰当地进行工作方法的调整和创新,以此提高企业思想政治工作的经济效益。
Ideological and political work in enterprises has the character of keeping pace with the time. The macro and micro situations to which the state-owned enterprises faced both changed accordingly. We should readjust the work methods according to the epochal character.
