摘要
20世纪90年代,俄罗斯农业经历了近10年的深刻危机,整个农业生产大幅度衰退,大部分农业企业亏本经营,多数农民的收入急剧减少,生活水平大大降低。新世纪之初,普京执政,实行了一系列农业新政,促使农业步入了逐步恢复和振兴的新时期。从普京当政这几年的情况来看,农业总产值不断增长,粮食产量大幅度增加,农业由亏损转为盈利,农民的报酬和收入有所提高。总而言之,俄罗斯农业出现了希望的曙光。
In 1990s Russia's agriculture underwent a serious crisis:the whole agricultural production declined by a big margin,the most farm enterprises lost money in business,the income of majority of peasants decreased rapidly and their living level went down sharply.At the beginning of the new century,Putin,after he was in power,carried out new policies of agriculture,making agriculture enter a new period of gradual restoration and rejuvenation.During this period,the total output value of agriculture gained a continuous growth,grain production increased by a large margin,agriculture changed from loss to profit and peasants' income increased.In general,a hopeful dawn appeared in Russian agriculture.
