摘要
通过我国住宅产业化发展的现状与国外特点的分析比较,指出国内住宅产业发展过程中可借鉴的国外经验。
With the comparison and analysis of the development situation of China's housing industrialization and characteristics of foreign one, authors point out we can make use of the experience of other countries for reference in developing China's housing industry.
