摘要
从高层住宅固有的特点和高层住宅发展的历程,探讨高层住宅的形式选择、规划开发、景观利用、地下空间安排及未来走向等方面问题。提出高层住宅的未来生存之路是扬长避短。
Based on the analysis of characteristics of highrise housing and its development process, the paper tries to find out the way to survive for highrise housing in future in China from such aspects as form choosing, planning & development, utilization of landscape, arrangement of underground space and trends of highrise housing.
