摘要 基于FTF的履带式移动机器人系统的安全性分析,先选取故障树中机器人损坏、撞毁房屋车辆和电气设施、人员伤亡为顶事件,进行FTA(故障树分析)定性分析。对重要底事件(如定时器失效)进行FMEA(故障模式及影响分析)和FMECA(故障模式影响和致命度分析),按FMECA得到的底事件故障概率,对系统进行FTA定量计算。并根据分析结果提出系统安全性设计改进方案。 The safety analysis method of a tracked mobile robot system based on inverse FTF is combination of FMECA (effects of failure modes and criticality analysis) and FTA (fault tree analysis). At first, human damaged of robot, damaged building, vehicle and electric establishment, and personnel loss in fault tree was selected as top events, then fault tree analysis (FTA) was made. Important bottom events (such as invalidation of timer) were analyzed with FMEA (Failure Modes and Effect Analysis) and FMECA. The failure probability of important bottom events was educed according to FMECA, and FTA ration of system was calculated. At last, improved project for safety design of system was put forward according as analysis result.
