摘要 LXJ-4-450土工离心模拟试验机的最大转动半径5.03m,有效转动半径4.0m,最大加速度300g,有效负载1.5t,最大有效荷载容量450g·t,试验吊篮尺寸为长·宽·高=1.5·1.0·1.5m,其规模为亚洲第一,在世界上排第四位,该离心机主机结构合理,运行平稳,其运行全过程由级联微机网络自动控制,调速稳速精度高,安全可靠,数据采集系统采用数字信号传输方式,软硬件配置合理,测量项目齐全,试验室土建工程总体布局合理,使用方便,基础抗震性能好。 LXJ-4-450 Centrifuge for geotechnical engineering has a maximum turn radius of 5.03m,an effective turn radius of 4.0m,a maximum acceleration of 300g,a payload of 1.5t,and a maximum occupies payload capacity of 450g t.Its basket sizes are 1.5m long,1.0m wide and 1.5m high.The payload capacity of the centrifuge occupies first place in Asia and fourth in the world.The construction of main parts of the centrifuge is rational and its motion is smooth.The whole process of the centrifuge motion is automatically controlled by the class-joining microcomputer network.The accuracy of the adljusting and stabilizing speed of the control system,which is safe and reliable,is high.In the data acquisitive system the digital transmission is adopted,the software and the hardware are rationally provided,and measuring items are completely included.The overall arrangement of laboratory building engineering is rational and convenient for the use.At the same time the foundation has the better shockproof property.
