摘要
用MS-Xα方法研究了Co_(1-x)Mn_x合金(bcc结构)的电子结构与磁性,计算结果表明:原子之间存在负交换耦合,且随着Mn含量的增加,负交换耦合增强,从而导致bcc结构的Co_(1-x)Mn_x合金的铁磁性减弱,计算结果与实验符合得较好。
The electronic structure and magnetism of Coa-xMnx alloys was studied by MS - Xa method. It is found that there are negative exchange couplings between atoms in Co1-xMnx alloys. The strength of negative exchange coupling increases with increasing of Mn atoms, and hence decreases the ferro -magnetism of bcc Co1-xMnx alloys. A good agreement is reached between the calculation and experi -mental results.
