摘要 分析了低速栓塞气输送系统的特点,结合对输送过程总压降和输送速度上下限的预测,提出了一种简单、可靠的放大方法,用于设计低速、密相、栓塞气力输送系统。同时,提出了更台理、方便、快捷的低速栓塞气力输送系统的设计模块并给予实施,使系统的输送放率以及系统设计的效率都得到了相应的提高。 The characteristics of low-velocity slug-pneumatic are analyzed. Combining with the prediction of total pressure and converying velocity's bound. A simple, reliable and scale-up method used in design low-velocity, slug-flow pneumatic conveying is put forward. Low-velocity slug-pneumatic system design module combining with characteristics of the scale-up design method and high-speed calculation of computer is developed and implemented. The efficiency of the system planning is higher with the module.
