摘要
通过溶胶 -凝胶法制备纳米 Ti O2 薄膜 ,在制备过程中分别掺杂一定量的 Fe3+、Zn2 +、Pd2 +等金属离子。以高压汞灯做光源 ,用制得的纳米 Ti O2 薄膜对苯酚作光催化降解实验 ,结果表明 :掺杂 Fe3+、Zn2 +、Pd2 +的纳米 Ti O2 催化剂光催化性能明显提高。并探讨了金属离子掺杂浓度和氧化剂对光催化的影响。
The transition metal ion-doped TiO 2 fi1m was prepared with Sol-Gel method,and the effects of doping different metal ions on the ability of TiO 2 in photocatalyzing degradation of phenol were studied.The results showed that doping of Fe 3+、Zn 2+、Pd 2+ in TiO 2 nanoparticles made photocatalytic efficiency increase,the effects of concentration of doped ions and oxidant on photocatalytic performance were discussed.
