摘要
研究了咪唑衍生物钴配合物Co(biap)·Cl2和胶束形成的金属胶束作为模拟辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)催化H2O2氧化苯酚反应;探讨了过氧化氢浓度、反应温度、酸度和胶束性质影响催化反应的原因;提出了金属胶束催化氧化苯酚的反应历程;建立了金属胶束催化苯酚氧化的动力学数学模型.
The oxidation of phenol by H_(2)O_(2)was studied in the paper used the metallomicelle made of the complexes of imidazole groups and micelle as the mimetic peroxidase instead of Horseradish peroxidase; the cause that catalytic effects were changed with [H_(2)O_(2)],temperature, pH, andmicelles on the catalytic reactionwas analyzed; the mechanism of the catalytic reaction was discussed; the kinetic mathematic model on the phenol oxidation catalyzed by the metallomicelles was proposed.
