摘要
作者对人工诱导结瘤烟草和未结瘤烟草不同叶位叶片中的总糖及可溶性糖、淀粉和粗纤维进行了测定.结果表明:它们的含量都随叶位不同而异,前者高于后者,但下叶位叶片中的粗纤维含量例外.这种分布可能与叶片细胞的生理状态和结瘤有关.
The nodulation effects on the sugar of tobacco were studied. The total sugar, soluble sugar, starch,and thick cellulose innodulation and unnodulation tobacco leaves under different P.leaves were wassayed.Their content was various with different position of leaves.Comparing nodulation, the total sugar, soluble sugar, starch and thick cellulose in nodulation were discrease but the cellulose was increase in low position lesves.These changes may be relation to week development degree and planted nodulation.
