摘要
上个世纪 80年代以来 ,许多国家的高等教育从精英教育走向大众化 ,在规模扩张的同时 ,世界各国也在思考 :如何确保人才培养的质量 ;高等院校是否致力于质量的保证与提高 ,是否有与之配套的管理机制。本文试图通过对日本、美国、瑞典这三个教育体制不同的国家的教育质量评价体系的比较分析 ,找出一些特点 ,并希望能借他山之石 。
Since 198 0s, the higher education of many countries has become popular, and the scope of higher education has been expanded. Now all the people in the world are thinking : how to guarantee the quality of higher education; if the universities and coll e ges devote to guarantee and elevate the quality; if there are corresponding admi nister systems. In this passage, the author try to find something special throug h the comparison of education assessment system of Japan, America and Sweden, in which three counties the education systems are absolutely are different; the au thor also hope these specialties can be used for reference by our higher education system.
