摘要
在含Zr(1.2at-%)的Ni_3Al合金中发现了富Zr低熔点相Ni_5Zr。在1300℃均匀化退火时引起初熔,给粗大凝固组织的消除带来困难,限制了合金性能的进一步提高。
A Zr-rich phase, Ni_5Zr, with low melting point has been found in a Ni_3Alalloy doped with Zr (1.2at.-%). It will cause the incipient melt of the alloy after homogeniz-ing at 1300℃. This makes it difficult to homogenize the coarse casting structures completelyand limits further impovement of the properties.
