摘要
对于土木工程项目的管理,提出了全面造价管理和动态成本管理两种管理模式。分析了这两种管理模式的作用及结合两种模式进行管理的优势。
Through the analysis of the management for civil engineering items, discussion is made on two new patterns, total cost management and development cost management.
