摘要
采用分光光度法对常见谷物铬的含量进行了测定与分析。结果表明,不同品种早稻糙米含铬量不同,最高含量与最低含量间相差7倍多。早稻糙米的平均含铬量是80μg/kg,高于商品稻米(30μg/kg)和面粉的平均含铬量(28μg/kg),低于小麦(130μg/kg)和玉米(120μg/kg)的含铬量。谷物铬的含量因品种、产地及加工方式的不同而不同。
The content of chromium in common grains was determined and analyzed in spectropho-tometer method. The results showed that the content of chromium was different in the various early paddy brown rices, and the highest content was seven times than the lowest. The average chromium content of the early paddy brown rice was 80μg/kg, higher than that of commercial rice (30μg/kg) or wheat flour (28/μg/kg), but lower than that of wheat (130μg/kg) or maize (120μg/kg) . The content of chromium in grains was various because of the different species, different origin and different processed method.
