摘要
采用益气养阴活血法配合西药治疗 2型糖尿病 6 0例 ,并设单用西药治疗 30例为对照组 ,疗程 2个月。结果 :治疗组显效 31例 ,有效 2 8例 ,无效 1例 ,总有效率为 98.33% ;对照组显效 8例 ,有效 15例 ,无效 7例 ,总有效率为 76 .6 7%。两组比较差异显著 (P<0 .0 1)。治疗组在改善症状、改善糖代谢 (FBG、2 h BG及 Hb A1C)
Sixty cases of diabetes type Ⅱ were treated with the method of invigorating qi,nourishing yin and promoting blood circulation,and 30 cases treated only with WM were set up as the control group.The trerapeutic course was 2 months.Results:In the treatment group,31 cases has significant effect,28 cases effective,1 case ineffective,the total effective rate was 98.33%.In the control group,8 cases had significant effect,15 cases effective,7 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 76.67%.The difference between the two groups was notable(P<0.01).The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving symptoms and blood glucose(FBG,2hBG and HbAIC).
