摘要
采用线结构光和单CCD摄像机构成自由曲面三维测量系统 .探讨了摄像机标定、激光平面标定、被测物体点三维坐标计算及多视角测量数据融合等关键技术 .在多视角测量数据融合中采用Screw理论 ,将坐标系关系求取中带约束的多变量非线性优化问题转化为线性方程组的最小二乘问题 ,简化了计算的复杂性 ,提高了求解过程的稳定性 .进行了实验研究 ,给出了实验结果 .
The 3-D measurement system of free-form surface is made up with single CCD video cameral by employing line-structured laser. Some key technologies are discussed such as video cameral calibrating, laser plane calibrating 3-D coordinate computing of measured object and data fusion of multiple view measurement. In coordinate computing, multiple variables non-linear optimized problems with constraint are changed into least squares problems of linear equation group utilizing screw theory, which simplifies the computing complexity and advanced stability in solving course. Finally in this paper, experiment research is performed and experiment result is presented.
