摘要
在实验室条件下以不同浓度Cr6+( 0 1 2 2、 0 670、 1 2 1 9、 3 65 7、 1 0 971和32 91 3mg/L)水体染毒鲤鱼种 40d ,微核试验结果表明 :处理组铬浓度的提高 ,其嗜多染红细胞微核率相应提高。鲤暴露于Cr6 +3 66~ 32 91mg/L时 ,铬处理鱼微核细胞率较对照组鱼有明显差异。鱼肌肉、鳃、肝和肾组织内的Cr6+残留量同其微核率呈正相关关系。
The Carps were exposed to Cr 6+ at concentrations in the range from 0.12, 0.67, 1.22, 3.66, 10.93 and 32.91 mg/l for 40days. The results of the micronuclei test were showed that the polychromatocytes micronuclei frequencies of Carps which the Carps were exposed at the chromium higher dose. When Cr 6+ were exposed to dose 3.66to 32.91 mg/l, the micronuclei frequencies were significantly increased than the control fish. The residue of Cr in the Carps' musuts,gills,liver and kidney in well correlated with their micronulei frequeclies.
