摘要
用人工接种大豆灰斑病菌的方法对 2 2 4份供试材料 ,在生理小种水平上进行了抗性鉴定 ,筛选出抗 8个以上生理小种的多抗资源 4 7份 ,占供试材料的 2 0 98% ,其中东北农业大学的材料最多 ,比例达 4 6 81% ;黑龙江省主栽品种有 5份 ,占多抗材料的 10 6 4 %。供试材料中 ,有抗单个小种和抗多个甚至全部生理小种的品种 ,表明在现行大豆品种资源中 ,具有较丰富的专化抗性资源和广谱性的抗源。
Totally 224 soybean varieties (lines) were inoculated separately with 10 races of Cercospora sojina Hara. The results showed that 47 soybean varieties (lines) were resistant to 8~10 races,accounting for 20.98% of the total tested materials.Among them,46.81% came from the northeast agricultural university were the most, and five cultivars are widely grown varieties in Heilongjiang Province.The frequency of distribution of resistance of the tested varieties (lines) showed that there were varieties (lines) resistant to single race but also some resistant to multiple races.
