40Hz听觉相关电位结合听性脑干反应在婴幼儿助听器验配中的应用

摘要 目的:为双耳感音神经性聋的婴幼儿及小龄儿童客观验配助听器。方法:采用40Hz听觉相关电位(AERP)结合听性脑干反应(ABR)来客观评估聋儿听力,获得等效于成人的纯音听阈曲线并用于助听器验配。结果:36例中有32例配戴助听器半年后验证聋儿的行为听阈均进入“言语香蕉图”,聆听行为较验配前有改善。结论:ABR及40HzAERP可用于婴幼儿和小龄儿童助听器的客观验配,为他们尽快进入正常听觉康复训练赢得宝贵时间。 Objective:To fit hearing aids for infants and toddlers with bilateral sensorineural hearing loss.Method:The40Hz AERP and ABR were tested in order to evaluate the level of hearing loss of deaf children and obtained an equivalent pure tone audiogram,according to which the hearing aid was fitted.Result:After using hearing aids for half a year,32of36deaf children got better behavioral hearing threshold which located in' speech banana diagram' and also shown improved listening behaviors.Conclusion:The40Hz AERP and ABR can be used in objectively fitting hearing aids for infants and toddlers to start their normal aural rehabilitation program as early as possible.
