摘要
本次试验采用临诊检查法、病原菌分离、B.M.T试剂检查、体细胞计数法对四川地区4个奶牛场的80头泌乳奶牛进行了乳房炎的检测。结果表明临床型乳房炎阳性率为18.8%,隐性乳房炎头数阳性率为73.8%。
This paper investigated primarily into the condition of the Milk Cow mastitis of80milk of4repre-sentative Milking Cow farms in Sichuan district.The body cell meter method,the isolation of pathogeny,B.M.T method and clinic ditection were used in the study.The results indicated that the positive rate of clinic mastitis and subclinical mastitis is respectively18.8%and73.8%.
