针对棉麻混纺织物弹性差、缩水率大等质量问题 ,进行大量烧毛、煮练、丝光前处理工艺试验 ,制定出合理的前处理工艺及工艺条件 ,使亚麻棉混纺织物缩水率控制在经 4%、纬 3 .5
Aiming at quality problems such as poor elasticity and high shrinkage, reasonable pretreatment is obtained combined with singeing, scouring, mercerizing trials,thus, shrinkage of fabric can be controlled within 4% in warp and 3.5% in weft.
