摘要
建立了反相流动注射比浊法测定水中的氯离子含量的新方法。探讨了比浊条件和流动注射分析仪器参数,工作波长为450nm,氯离子的浓度在(1.0~10.0)×10-4mol·L-1范围内与吸光度呈良好线性关系。进样频率为60次/h。本法流路简单、操作方便、测定快速。
A new method for determination of chloride in water is developed. Turbidimetric con-Dition and instrumental paramiters have been already investigated. Working wavelength is 450 nm. Absorbance shows a good linear relation with the concentration of chloride in the range of (1.0-10.0)×10^(-4) mol·L. The sampling rate is 60 samples per hour . The method is featured by the advantages of simple manifold, convenient operation and quick turnaround and so on .
