摘要
用X射线粉末衍射法研究了铝氧化膜与熔盐钎剂的作用行为。结论指出:铝钎焊过程中铝氧化膜的溶胀是由于钎剂中的Li^+挤入氧化膜γ-Al_2O_3氧骨架中八面体或四面体空隙,从而撑大了氧骨架所致;含F-钎剂作用γ-Al_2O_3后,显著提高了它的结晶度,导致膜强度的下降并易被破坏。
The interaction of oxide film with molten flux during aluminumbrazing has been studied by means of X-ray powder diffraction. The following con-clusions have been deduced: The swelling of aluminum oxide film is caused byLi^+ inserting into the vacancies of octahedral or tetrahedral structure of O atomskeleton in γ-Al_2O_3. The strength of oxide film decreases as the crystallinity in-creases by the treating of flux containing LiF.
