摘要
用高温老化法制备了氧化锆纳米粉体,实验结果显示,用高温老化法制备的氧化锆粉体具有较高的比表面积和良好的热稳定性。高温老化降低了无定型氧化锆的能量,提高了它的晶化温度和稳定性。
Zirconia powder was prepared by a high-temperature-aging method. It is found from experiment results that the prepared zirconia powder lias high surface area and high thermal stability. It is an important reason for preparing zirconia powder with high surface area and high thermal stability, mainly due to the marked decreases of amorphous zirconia energy by high-temperature-aging, then the increase of its crystallization temperature and thermal stability.
