摘要
油田采油技术的发展通常要经历一次采油、二次采油、三次次采油 ,当二次采油效果差时 ,要进行三采 ,则需要相应的设备。我厂研制的橇装聚合物交联配注装置整体采用活动房形式 ,并采用计算机动态监控 ,自动化程度较高 ,配制的聚合物溶液浓度精确 ,降解率低 ,且具有结构紧凑、移动及安装方便、使用可靠等特点。
The development of oil production technique includes primary oil recovery, secondary oil recovery and tertiary oil recovery. When the result of secondary oil recovery is not so good, the equipment of tertiary oil recovery becomes necessary. The installation of crosslinked injection installation of skid-mounted polymeric compound in our plant incluaes active house and dynamic monitor of computer to improve degree of automatization. The concentration of polymeric compound is accurate and degradation rate is low. The installation has characteristics of close structure, convenient installatio and safe application It has reached advanceddomestic level.
