摘要
计量绞龙脉冲密度计是随车仪表 ,其用途是在压裂过程中用来测量砂浓度。利用混砂车砂绞龙转速将产生的脉冲信号输送到二次仪表上 ,经二次仪表进行放大、滤波、f/v转换 ,由计算机的采集卡录入通道进行采集 ,通过施工监测软件 ,计算核对 ,显示出加砂量和砂比等参数。其成本低 ,无污染 ,是油田压裂施工不可缺少的仪器。
Pulse densimeter of sand screw meter is an instrument with truck. It is used to meter sand concentration in fracturing. Produced pulse sign is transferred to secondary instrument by sand screw rotations per minute of blender and then amplified, filtered and f/v conversed by secondary instrument. Data will be acquired with the acquisition card path of computer. The parameters such as sand rate and sand ratio, etc will be calculated and displayed by monitor software for operation. The densimeter has low cost and no contamination. It is an indispensable instrument in fracturing operation.
