摘要
文章以ZJ4 0 / 2 2 5 0L型石油钻机为例 ,对用液力变矩器传动的链条钻机燃油消耗偏多的原因进行了分析 ,进而提出了建议 ,采用液力偶合器正车箱代替液力变矩器 ,对ZJ4 0 / 2 2 5 0L型石油钻机进行改造 ,以提高燃油的经济性。
This article takes the drilling rig of model ZJ40/2250L as the example, analyzes the reasons why fueloil wastage is high in chain-driven drilling rig with using bydrotransmitter, and gives some suggestions, i.e.adopting the technology scheme of using hydraulic coupling reduction gearbox substitutes for hydrotransmitter to change the drilling rig of model ZJ40/2250L, and raise the efficiency of fuel oil wastage.
