合理设计海水管线 被引量:2

摘要 在海水介质管线设计中 ,通常把管线材质分为 ,铜镍合金、玻璃钢及碳钢涂塑管线。文章综合分析 3种材质成本、采办周期、施工工况后 ,对于工期短、资金较少的平台建造工程 ,采用铜镍合金与碳钢涂塑相结合的设计方法。从而保证设计的合理性。 In design of piping for seawater service,three kinds of materials can be chosen:Copper-nickel alloy,fiberglass and plastic coated carbon steel.By analyzing the costs,purchase times and construction condition,we adopted copper-nickel alloy and plastic coated carbon steel in piping design for a project that is in restricted time and funds;to ensure the project quality.
