摘要
文章根据液压蓄能修井机试验样机设计及现场使用情况 ,较详细地叙述了该机关键性技术之一———节能系统的组成及设计过程。重点介绍了组合油缸的力档排序、液压驱动系统的操控方式、蓄能系统的功率匹配等中心内容。在论述原理、介绍设计思路的同时 ,还指出了设计时应如何对该机进行总体把握的分析方法。
The paper describes in detail the components and design process of energy-saving system forhydraulic energy-storing workover rig. Some important aspects such as the order of force switch for combimation cylinder, operation mode for hydraulic system, power distribution for energy-storing system,and so on, are discussed. In addtion, system design for the hydraulic energy-storing workover rig is introduced.
