摘要
本文研究了醋酸纤维素苯基氨基甲酸酯、氰乙基醋酸纤维素、羟丙基醋酸纤维素反渗透膜在水介质中进行热处理的效应。探索了膜的反渗透性能与热处理温度、时间的关系,并确定了膜的最佳热处理条件。同时用扫描电子显微镜考察了热处理前后改性CA 膜的结构。
The heat-treatment effect on the performence of reverse osmosis mem-branes was studied for several modified cellulose acetate materials such ascellulose acetate phenyl-carbamate (CAC),cyanoethyl cellulose acetate (CECA)and hydroxylpropyl cellulose acetate (HPCA).The relationships betweenthe reverse osmosis behavior to the temperature and time period in heat-treatment process were explored and the most favorable condition in thisprocess was determined to obtain the best membrane performence.Themorphological structures for each cellulose membrane were observed withscanning microscope before and after the heat treatment.
