摘要
“all” ,“nothing”和“anything”在英语中是人们司空见惯的小词 ,使用频率最高 ,但是越是这样的小词往往在一定的上下文中越让人绞尽脑汁却不得其解。本文就“all” ,“nothing”和“anything”的特殊用法分别举例分析 ,目的在于引起人们对小词的重视 ,切勿不懂装懂或望文生义。
All,nothing and anything”are the small words daily used.Usually People pay no special attention to them as they are so common.But actually in some contexts,the meanings of them are hard to understand.People would drain their minds and still at a loss.This article analyses the special uses of these words through a series of examples.The purpose is to arouse people's attention to them and avoid the misunderstanding in using them.
