摘要
低压锅炉给水进行磁处理可以有效地减少锅炉受热面上锅垢的形成。本文对东穆公司CS 型磁力除防垢器的研究,对磁化水除防垢机理提出了新解释,并且对除垢性能进行了客观的评价。结果表明,水系统进行磁处理主要是加速体积结晶率,从而使盐类在受热面上的直接结晶和坚硬沉积大大减少,起到防止壁面结垢。另外,经过磁处理的水对锅垢溶解度将显著提高。
Magnetic treatment can prevent and remove scale deposits in watersystem.Experiments were performed with a set of CS device produced byDongmu corporation.A new mechanism of using magnetization to decreasescale deposits was suggested.The results show that the most importantfunction of conducting magnetization in water system is to increase therate of volume crystalization which reduces the direct crystalization andhard deposit of salt on heated surface,therefore preventing deposits onthe boiler wall.On the other hand,the solubility of old scale deposits willbe improved greatly in water treated by magnetization.
