摘要
译文准确对涉外经贸合同具有特殊的意义。译文失真会导致合同措词的模糊性和不确定性 ,进而被不法商故意利用以逃避责任和义务 ,甚至进行商业欺诈。在实务中此类案例屡见不鲜 ,并对涉外经贸关系产生消极影响。为此 ,本文从六个方面就对外经贸合同翻译中一些常见译文失真问题作一分析 ,以期进一步提高对外经贸合同翻译的准确性。
Accuracy is vital for a foreign economic and trade contract.Inaccuracies of a translation text may lead to ambiguity and uncertainty in diction of the contract,which may be taken as a pretext by the merchants in bad faith to deliberately evade their obligations and liabilities,even commit business fraud.In practice,there are a good few cases therein,which,undoubtedly,have made a negative impact on foreign economic and trade relations.Hence,this paper tries to have an analysis of inaccuracies in translation of foreign economic and trade contracts with an aim for great accuracy of a translation text in this aspect.
